Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of fragrance decants (personal-use items).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement, or store credit.

Missing Packages

If your package shows delivered but is missing, please contact us within 3 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but we will assist where possible.

Scent Disclaimer

Fragrance preferences are subjective. We do not offer refunds based on scent, performance, or blind buys.
